For a wholesaler, the next order connects sales, available stock, credit and delivery. Review those together before making a promise to a dealer.
A dealer asks for more goods. What needs checking?
The account has a balance, a payment may be on its way, and only part of the new order is available. You need more than a reminder message or an order total. You need the current position and the person responsible for the next decision.
Dhandha GPT's aim is to bring these conversations to your phone, so the owner can spend less time collecting updates. The first Empire connection supports selected read-only business questions. Credit approvals, dispatch changes and customer messaging shown as future workflows need explicit support and authority before they can operate on real records.
Start with one decision
- Should a new order proceed under your existing credit policy?
- Which dealers may be due to order again?
- What part of an order can be allocated, dispatched or delivered?
- What remains after schemes, freight and returns?
- Which prospects or territories deserve the sales team's next visit?
The linked guides include fictional examples with quantities, costs and decision boundaries. They do not prescribe a universal credit limit or treat every overdue balance as a bad debt.
Keep the commercial context
Different dealers may have different terms, product ranges and delivery needs. Record the agreed terms rather than asking an assistant to guess them from past invoices. Likewise, a payment promise requires a recorded conversation; it is not automatically present in the ledger.
“Is dealer ka balance aur pending order dikhao” is a useful beginning. Before releasing goods, check whether the figures include the latest receipt, which stock is committed and who can approve an exception.
Grow without losing the handover
For an owner-led business, one follow-up list may be enough. With sales and warehouse teams, give each exception an owner and a due time. A dispatched order is not necessarily delivered; keep the evidence for each stage.
Use the Empire connection page to check the starting point for your system. Wholesale distribution here is not restricted to textiles; the quantity units, schemes and examples must match the products you actually trade.
Questions you might ask
Can the assistant decide dealer credit automatically?
The current Empire offering is read-only. Credit decisions follow your authorised policy; future actions require confirmed support and approval.
Are these guides only for textile wholesalers?
No. The workflows apply more broadly, but you must adapt units, commercial terms and product assumptions to your trade.
