Dhandha GPT starts with an Empire connection for supported read-only business questions. Confirm your company scope, available records and update process during onboarding; the guided demo is a separate example experience.
Your records, a simpler way to ask
You should not have to describe your whole business every time you want a figure. The starting point is a configured connection to a local snapshot of supported Empire records and a defined set of questions. The answer should identify what was included and provide the evidence needed to check it.
This page refers to the Empire software connection used by Dhandha GPT. It is not a general integration with every product called Empire, and it does not imply vendor endorsement. Suitability for your installation must be checked rather than inferred from the name alone.
What the first version focuses on
The product focuses on supported, read-only reporting questions from existing records. Depending on the configured data and question, those can include account balances, sales and related evidence. It is not an unrestricted promise to answer every financial or operational question, and it does not post entries or change your ERP.
| Before a trial | Confirm together |
|---|---|
| Installation | Which Empire system and records are available |
| Business scope | Which company or books the answer includes |
| Time | When the underlying records were updated |
| Access | Who should receive which answers |
| Verification | Which matching report or entries will confirm a result |
Try a question with a known answer
Choose a customer or a simple sales comparison that the person maintaining your records can check. Keep the date range, company and treatment of returns the same. A difference is a reason to inspect those choices, not to assume the assistant or the source report must be wrong.
Some calculations need records that are absent or incomplete. Margin needs a defined cost basis; a payment promise needs contact information; production progress needs operational records. A useful answer should identify that boundary.
The demo shows two different things
The example books let you inspect supported reports using invented business records. The guided future experience illustrates what a business partner on your phone could help with, including actions. Those action scenes are not evidence that your Empire installation can perform them today.
Read the readiness and reconciliation guides below before a real-data trial. To discuss your setup, email hello@dhandhagpt.com. Do not send passwords or private customer records in an initial enquiry.
Questions you might ask
Does Dhandha GPT change entries in Empire?
The first version is read-only. It does not post entries or change the ERP.
Does every action in the guided demo work on my Empire records?
No. The guided future experience illustrates possibilities. Confirm current questions, data and integration support for your installation before a real-data trial.
